Wyoming Legacy Meats bacon is custom hickory smoked and dry cured for a full week in house. By dry curing our bacon we don't introduce a lot of extra moisture into the product, creating less splatter when cooking and a more evenly browned, delicious product. Our bacon comes from free-range, pasture raised pork from the Greater Yellowstone Region. Available in two flavors - peppered or traditional - this flavorful, thick cut bacon is the perfect complement to any meal.
