Wagyu/Angus - Tenderloin Steak

The tenderloin, as it's name implies, is the most tender of the beef cuts. Our grass fed and finished beef make for a very lean cut with a mild flavor and rich buttery texture. Each tenderloin is handcut by our master butchers and dry aged for at least two weeks.
